1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of Ghana Property Finder. By using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
3. Listings
Agents, developers and private sellers are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish, including price, availability, location and images. Listings must describe real property genuinely available on the terms stated.
We may remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, duplicated or reported by users, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly publish such listings.
4. Acceptable use
You may not scrape the platform, misrepresent your identity, publish property you have no authority to market, or use the service to harass other users.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans, featured placements and advertising are billed as described at the point of purchase. Charges already incurred are not refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
6. Liability
The platform connects buyers and renters with agents, developers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users, and we do not guarantee the condition, title or availability of any property listed.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified through the platform.
