About Ghana Property Finder
Why we built this
Searching for property in Ghana has a specific, well-known problem: you cannot tell which listings are real, which are still available, and which agent actually holds the property. Buyers waste weeks on properties sold months ago.
Ghana Property Finder is built around fixing that.
What we do differently
Every listing carries a confirmation date. Agents confirm their listings are still available, and that date is shown to you. A listing that goes quiet is flagged and eventually expires rather than sitting there indefinitely.
Agents are verified. Identity verification is completed before an agent can publish, so you know who you are dealing with.
Developments come from developers. New developments are published by the developers themselves, with real unit availability, payment plans and partner bank finance attached.
What you can do here
- Search verified homes, apartments and land for sale and for rent
- Compare new developments with real unit inventory and payment plans
- Estimate a mortgage repayment and compare partner bank rates
- Apply to several lenders with one application
- Save properties and get alerts when matching listings appear
Where we cover
Ghana, with the deepest coverage in Greater Accra, Ashanti and the coastal regions, and growing coverage elsewhere.

Frequently asked questions
How do you verify listings?
Agents complete identity verification before publishing, and each listing carries the date the agent last confirmed it is still on the market. Listings that go stale are flagged and expire.
Is it free to search?
Yes. Searching, saving properties and contacting agents are free for buyers and renters.
